Athena’s Promise — Shipping Policy

At Athena’s Promise, we are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Please note that all shipping times listed are estimates and may be impacted by holidays, carrier delays, or high order volume.


1. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 4–10 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time:
Average delivery time is 10–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on demand and carrier capacity.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you via email.


2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.


Because we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a small window to correct an address.

If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at shopathenaspromise@gmail.com.


3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be considered undeliverable.
These orders may be subject to a restocking fee determined by Athena’s Promise.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Athena’s Promise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address you provided

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Email us if the issue persists

We will do our best to assist, but carriers may treat the package as delivered.


5. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

We allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Returned items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original condition

6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock, we may:

  • Hold the entire order until all items are in stock
    or

  • Contact you regarding alternative options

You will be notified if any delays occur.


7. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
